Monthly Parking – General Billing

Checks must be made payable to the individual location name found on your invoice. Please include your account number and invoice copy with your payment.

Note: Payments made by check will incur a $10 account maintenance fee. There is no charge to submit payments via iconparking.com or through payment by phone (855) 880 4941 before the 10th of the month.

You can obtain a copy of your invoice and/or payment receipt for an online or automatic payment made on your monthly account on our website at iconparking.com. Click LOGIN/SIGN UP near the top-right corner of the home page. Once logged in, go to MY MONTHLY PARKING and click VIEW ACCOUNT to access your parking account information.

  • Next, click CURRENT INVOICE to view or download your current invoice. 
  • Or, click PREVIOUS INVOICE and select the appropriate month. 

Please note that invoice copies will only be available from the time that your online account was  created.

To print, download or email receipts for your online payments, click on PAYMENT HISTORY. Please note that if you are a new customer, your first payment receipt will not be available online. Also, we are only able to provide receipts for payments made online; we are unable to provide receipts for payments made in person at the garage or via mail by check.

If you received a payment reminder or have past due amounts on your invoice, it means that your payment was not posted before the notice was generated. Payments made via our website post to your account within 24-48 hours, and payments made by check or at the garage can take up to 10 business days to post to your account. 

If you currently make payments at your garage or pay via check by mail, we strongly urge that you use our website’s automated payment systems for fast and efficient processing. In addition, no maintenance fees or late fees are charged when your account is paid in full by the 10th of the month on our website. You can also use our Pay By Phone option by calling (855) 880 4941, however, please note that you will not receive a receipt if you pay by phone.

Once your online payment is processed, you’ll receive an email with your confirmation number. You can view the details of the payment in the PAYMENT HISTORY section of your online account. If you haven’t received a confirmation email and you don’t see any charges on your credit card, the payment has not completed processing. Online payments take approximately 1 to 2 business days to post to your account. 

Yes! To make a payment for your monthly account using Icon’s payment by phone, please call (855) 880-4941 and follow the prompts. You will need your 7- or 8-digit account number*, and the 5-digit zip code from your Icon invoice. 

*Note: When entering your account number, you only need to enter the 7 or 8 numbers found after the hyphen. (i.e., Account # XXXX – 123 456 78). No need to enter your spot or space number in front of the hyphen.

If you do not have your account number, please check your email for Icon correspondence, such as your welcome email or monthly invoice, which will include your account number. 

Your payment will usually be posted to your account within 1 to 2 business days; however, please be aware that you will not receive a receipt if you pay using this method. If you require proof of your payment, please log onto icon parking.com and make your payment online

You can make a payment through your online account on the website, iconparking.com

If you have not previously created an online account, please select the SIGN UP option and enter your name, email address and create a password to initiate your account set up. Then, under My Monthly Parking, click Add Monthly Account

You will need: 

  • Your 7- or 8-digit account number* 
  • Your billing zip code from your monthly invoice.

Once you’ve created your account, or If you already have an online account, go to MY MONTHLY PARKING and click View Account. 

 

  • Next, go to Make Payment. To add a method of payment, click Use A New Payment Method.
  • Click ADD CREDIT CARD or BANK ACCOUNT and add your method of payment. 
  • Select the amount that you would like to pay, and click SUBMIT PAYMENT

 

A payment confirmation will be emailed to you, and you can also confirm the pending transaction in the PAYMENT HISTORY section of your online account. Payments will post to your account within 1 to 2 business days.

If you do not make your full monthly payment by the 10th of the month using either Icon’s website or Icon’s payment by phone (855) 880-4941, a monthly maintenance fee will be assessed.

Here’s a breakdown of maintenance fees:

No fee – Enroll in autopay or pay your full balance online on iconparking.com or through Icon’s payment by phone (855) 880-4941, no later than the 10th of the month.

$5 fee – For payments made online on iconparking.com or through Icon’s payment by phone (855) 880-4941, after the 10th of the month.

$10 fee – For payments made onsite at the garage or via mail by check.

You’ll receive a late fee of $25 if your full payment is not received by the 10th of the month. 

Invoices are due on the first of the month. If payment is not received by the 10th of the month, your vehicle will not be released until the full payment is received. You’ll also incur a $25 late fee.
